Playlist

As crazy as it seems (at least to me) I graduated from high school TEN years ago, this weekend! So I've dedicated this playlist to all the hits from 2007!

Posts of the Week

If you haven't had a chance to read my two posts this week, you can check them out here! On Wednesday, I continued the discussion about my mental health journey and my experience with therapy and medication (How I've Dealt with Anxiety/Depression Part III). I also have added a Shop My Looks page to the blog where you can get direct info about all my outfits that have been posted on instagram (Shop My Looks).

Follow my 2017 50 Book Challenge! You can find my update and review of the first five books I read here! I just finished reading Milk and Honey by Rupi Kaur. I will be taking a brief break from the challenge to study for an upcoming coding course that I am going to be taking.

Dominque Brielle of Werque Dominique, created her blog, as a space that "is solely dedicated to helping every millennial woman that aspires to be successful, by sharing my story and journey while providing tips to slay consistently, live fabulously, and werque like a boss," and that's just what she's done!

Covering everything from style, dating advice, and career profiles, Dominique has worked hard to make a space where young women can feel inspired and motivated, and also empowered. One of the many things I like about Dominque, and her blog, is that she also opened up recently for Mental Health Awareness Month, to share her own mental health story. You can read the candid and touching post here. Ya'll seriously need to check her stuff out! You can find Dominique on her blog and on instagram.

Weekend

This weekend I will be in Dallas with my family for my younger cousin's high school graduation! It seriously feels like yesterday my whole family was gathering here for my graduation party! I can't believe how old I'm getting. Ah well, at least I can now legally enjoy a mimosa!

What do you have planned for this weekend? I'd love to hear your plans! You can comment below or find me on FacebookInstagram or email. I hope you have a fantastic weekend!
