Posts of the Week
If you haven't had a chance to read my two posts this week, you can check them out here! On Monday, I discussed my mental health journey and how I practice yoga as a way to take care of myself (How I've Dealt with Anxiety/Depression Part I). On Wednesday, I gave a tour and review of my new closet from IKEA ( Closet Tour & Review of IKEA Pax System).

Dear White People - Based on the 2014 movie of the same name, which was based on a concept trailer. Dear White People explores the lives of the black students at the fictional Ivy League University, Winchester University, and how they deal with social injustice before and after a fraternity on campus hosts a blackface party. Each thirty minute episode of the satirical comedy-drama focuses on one of the show's main characters. The show is funny and very well written, and obviously is still very relevant. The entire first season can be found on Netflix.

The photos seriously don't do the food justice! It was exquisite! We also met with the head chef who has been with the DIA for 40 years!
Wednesday was also my lovely best friend, and maid of honor, Laila's birthday! We celebrated with drinks and sushi at Inyo in Ferndale!
